1. Always blame others for everything.

This criticism will give you the strength to love and respect yourself less and less💩

8. As often as possible, say to yourself «I hate myself. I don't deserve this. I'm worse than everyone. There's no reason to love and respect me», «I'm worthless»

As the saying goes «if you call someone a pig long enough, they will start oinking»

9. Try to please everyone and be liked.
