"NO WAY OUT" - is it the realization of the FINISH or still the BEGINNING of the search?

As a rule, people usually schedule a consultation with a psychologist when they are in a state of "bleeding wound." And here gender equality works: both women and men equally experience "psychological pain," it just manifests differently in everyone.

The success and speed of working with a psychologist depends on whether a person allows themselves to immediately accept the fact that they are just a point in time and space. In other words, everything that happens to a person in the process of life is actually one of many scenarios, or rather their own choices. And as soon as this reality is accepted, important and life-changing transformations begin to occur.

People generally encapsulate negative experiences - they live with them, reproduce them over and over, torment themselves, their partner, children, and suffer even more from it. But the paradox is that the brain, taking care of us, creates "encapsulated habits" to react in certain ways to events, people, situations to make life easier, but these "habits" often complicate life.

Let me try to explain with an example. It is a well-known fact that the brain is lazy by nature and tries to outsource everything, so we don't have to think each time about how to, for example, brush our teeth; this skill is automated.

On the other hand, the brain honestly works through familiar ways of reacting - for example, staying silent when hurtful words are spoken, suspecting and doubting, "swallowing" grievances and claims, or humiliating oneself, defending oneself with illnesses in the form of psychosomatic reactions. Yes, the body often organizes an alibi in the form of an illness and much more.

So when disappointment and hopelessness hit, and all kinds of fears come out, it's important to first ask yourself: "Brain, please find an opportunity..."

Let me provide an example of how this works. Look around you right now and find all the items that are white, red, green, etc. Did you find them? All of this has always been around you, but you only noticed it now when you gave your brain a specific task. And now think about the question when a person lives with thoughts:

  • there is no way out
  • it will only get worse
  • I can't protect myself
  • no one will be able to help me
  • everyone is using me, etc.

And now your versions of how and what the brain will find confirmation for.

And I already hear the question, what good is this awareness if I feel bad now?

The answer is simple, if it weren’t so bad and painful, you would never have noticed. After all, this is also the task of the brain - to create pain to preserve or protect the body. And if a person is informed, then they are already armed.

And right now track your thoughts, are they still about "I can't change..." or already "HOW can I change..."? There are a great many options, methods, and paths around us. And if you don't see them yet, it's only about the perception of the world "NO WAY OUT," but try taking the first step and reframing it, and you will be surprised at how close "THE EXIT" to the life you dream of is.

If you're ready for changes, welcome to the consultation. THE INITIAL CONSULTATION IS FREE OF CHARGE.

I pondered over this question while consulting women with the "verdict" they have passed on themselves — "I am not happy, and nothing can be done about it."
I write about this only to dispel this myth and to explain the reason through examples, and to give someone hope — everything can be fixed.

"Be born beautiful, be born happy" or is destiny something that can be fixed?
