Every new day is filled with events and random encounters that can make us more successful, wealthier, etc. But why does all this happiness pass us by? And is it possible to learn, firstly, to notice, and secondly, to wisely manage all the chances and opportunities?

One of my clients suffered from severe allergies every spring for several years. When the earth began to awaken and fill with the energy of life, the woman simply suffocated from coughing, runny nose, etc.
Each subsequent year, she was prescribed a new, stronger medication, but it worked only for one season. Then the family doctor suggested that it might be psychosomatic.
In other words, her wise "body" activated an emergency plan "illness" to draw attention to events in her life. How this happens - brain cells (neurons) receive information about our internal state and the state of the external environment, transform this information into signals that are transmitted further through dopamine, serotonin, endorphin.
And if, for example, the home atmosphere, relationships with husband, wife, children, parents, relatives; work environment; financial stability; physical safety or our feelings and attitude towards ourselves, our experiences, etc. leave much to be desired, then everything needs to be urgently changed.
And she changed the environment - flew to warm places for the May holidays and the allergy simply disappeared the next day! What happened? The woman was just, or rather, extremely happy - sea, sun, a sense of freedom: no need to cook, clean, juggle between office and home, she could afford to be with her family and enjoy relaxation. The quick effect arose from the state of all-encompassing happiness at the levels of body, activity, contacts, and meanings. In other words, balance was created in all spheres of life: in profession, finances, contacts, priorities, etc. In her case, it happened thanks to the illness. But the path of suffering is not a mandatory program. And living with pleasure can start at any moment, the main thing is to admit to oneself that knowing and doing are different things.

A person's self-perception directly depends on how they distribute time and energy among these spheres. Ideally, one should allocate an equal amount of time to each of them. And if we take all life energy as 100%, then there should be 25% in each. As N. Peseschkian said: "The four spheres are like a rider who persistently moves (activity sphere) to his goal (fantasy sphere), for this he needs a well-maintained horse (body), and in case he falls, assistants who will help him rise (contacts)".
We are all different, and different things make us happy. For some, it's the sea, for others, mountains, music, books, or movies, flowers, jogging, or aromatic coffee in the morning, etc. There is no universal recipe.
Therefore, it is important to find, or more precisely, remember your own. Because all methods were tried in childhood. But it so happened that either there were too many prohibitions or a person's life story unfolded in such a way that disappointments, losses, and grief outweighed joy, and at some point, he simply forgot that he could be happy every day and forgot how to enjoy life.
And here it's simple, to see and take advantage of all the chances and opportunities generously offered to us every new day, one just needs to, at some moment, allow themselves to feel again the most magical and desired - all-encompassing happiness.
And when a person knows what can make them happy, they will never miss a chance or opportunity to experience it again.
